- Shipping Destinations
We offer shipping to customers within Australia and select international destinations. Depending on the product and the country of destination, shipping availability of the desired Product may change. Please contact us for more help if shipping to your location is not available at checkout.
- Processing Times
Orders are typically processed within FIVE business days from the date of purchase. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. Custom or pre-order items may have extended processing times, which will be noted on the product page.
- Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Times
To guarantee secure and effective delivery, we collaborate with reliable couriers including Australia Post, FedEx, DHL, and UPS. Depending on the destination and shipping option chosen, estimated arrival time frames can range from TWO weeks to a month:

- Shipping Costs
At checkout, shipping charges are determined by your order’s weight, size, and destination. For select products, special offers, or orders totalling more than a certain amount, free shipping might be offered. Oversized items or remote locations may incur additional fees.
Any fees regarding custom for international shipment are to be paid by the customer, we will not stand liable for it (see “Custom, Duties & Taxes” section)
- Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to track your package. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear in the system.
- Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)
Customers are liable for all import fees, taxes, or customs charges levied by their nation on items sent outside. These fees must be paid separately upon delivery, if applicable, and are not covered by our pricing. Before placing an order, we advise you to review your local customs laws.
- Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments

- Lost Packages:If your package does not arrive within the estimated time frame, we will initiate an investigation with the carrier. Refunds or replacements may be issued based on the carrier’s findings.
- Damaged Items:If your item arrives damaged, please provide clear photos of the product and packaging within 48 hours of delivery. We will assess the damage and offer a suitable resolution.
- Address Errors & Undeliverable Packages
It is the customer’s duty to enter an exact shipping address during checkout. If an inaccurate address is supplied and the package is returned to us, we may charge additional shipping expenses to resend the order. We are not liable for purchases that are lost due to erroneous shipping information provided by the buyer.
- Changes & Cancellations
If an order has already been processed for shipment, adjustments or cancellations may not be allowed. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make changes.
